A Unique State-Guaranteed University
Unlike commercial private universities, Université Française d’Égypte is governed as a non-profit "Ahleya" institution founded by intergovernmental decree. Every decision on curricula, faculty appointments, tuition, and international mobility is monitored by joint Egyptian-French academic committees to ensure European standards.
