Paper Submission Guidelines
Submitted papers must represent original, unpublished work not currently under review elsewhere. All submissions will be rigorously peer-reviewed by at least three independent domain experts on a double-blind basis.
Length: 4 to 6 pages including figures, tables, and references in standard IEEE two-column template.
Format: Submissions in PDF format strictly following the official IEEE Conference Manuscript Template (LaTeX / Word).
Publication: Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and submitted to Scopus for indexing.
Conference Venue
The conference will take place at the iconic Jakob+MacFarlane Eco-Campus of Université Française d'Égypte in El Shorouk City, Cairo. The campus features state-of-the-art amphitheaters, bioclimatic conference halls, and direct shuttle transport from Cairo International Airport and key university hotels.
