How to Submit a Tender Proposal
Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal) clearly labeled with the tender reference number. Envelopes must be hand-delivered to the Procurement Directorate at UFE campus before the specified deadline, accompanied by the primary bid bond.
