Campus Educational & Office Furniture Tender
Supply, delivery, assembly, and commissioning of premium ergonomic furniture for Phase 1 of the Jakob+MacFarlane eco-campus in El Shorouk City, Cairo.
1. Scope of Work
Université Française d'Égypte (UFE) invites eligible national and international furniture manufacturers and specialized commercial contractors to submit sealed bids for:
- Supply of 1,200 ergonomic lecture amphitheater seats with writing tablets.
- 800 modular student classroom desk-and-chair sets meeting EU EN 1729 standards.
- Collaborative library workstations, acoustic study carrels, and lounge seating.
- Executive presidential suite, dean offices, and faculty workstation systems.
- Outdoor weather-resistant amphitheater and terrace benches.
2. Bidder Eligibility Criteria
- Valid Commercial Registry and Tax Card showing specialized furniture activity.
- Proven track record of completing at least three similar university or hospital projects in Egypt or the MENA region in the past five years.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental certifications.
- Financial statements audited by an accredited certified public accountant for the last 3 fiscal years.
3. Submission Instructions
Proposals must comprise two separate sealed envelopes (Technical Offer and Financial Offer) delivered to the Procurement Directorate at UFE campus before the deadline.
